indxprimary1Those in the loop know that INDX, the new project by Lifetime and Centrecourt, is one of the most talked about downtown Toronto developments in recent memory.

The 54 storey project will be situated in the heart of the Financial District and is aimed at folks who work hard and play hard, but also want to live close to where they work and play (hard).

And finally, after months of hype, INDX is officially launching this weekend. The festivities begin at noon on Saturday, April 21 at the INDX sales centre at Sheppard and Temperance Street. This will be the first chance for prospective purchasers to check out the sales centre, so missing out really isn’t an option. Read more

Yesterday we took a trip to the downtown core to check out the VIP event Lifetime and CentreCourt were holding for INDX.

The 54 storey project is turning heads due to its location in the heart of Toronto’s Financial District. The developers are aiming the project at the young go-getter demographic — the ambitious folks who want to live a stone’s throw away from where they work.

There was a long line to get in when we arrived at First Canadian Place and the large conference was packed to the rafters and buzzing with activity. Read more

We don’t like to sound snobby, but when it comes to lobbies we think a dash of opulence goes a long way.

Of course it needs to be warm and inviting, however, the last thing you want to see leaving in the morning and coming home at night is a dull space. Every week just like clockwork, we get word from Lifetime Developments and Centrecourt Developments that their INDX project has some big news to reveal.

It’s become so reliable that we set our watches to it!

The big news this week? Don’t play dumb, you already read the title of this story. Yes, Cecconi Simone have been revealed as the interior design firm who will adeptly handle INDX’s interiors.

The folks over at Lifetime Developments and CentreCourt Developments aren’t wasting any time on getting the word out about their new project in Toronto’s Financial District, INDX.

Earlier this week they released an awesome podium rendering and today they’ve unveiled a full rendering of the condo tower. The view is from Richmond Street facing southeast with a great view of the Graphic Arts Building as well.

Well this is a Monday evening treat! Lifetime Developments and CentreCourt Developments recently announced that they have a new condo project coming soon to Toronto’s Financial District and boy, are we loving the podium rendering they’re showing off.

Details are scarce on INDX  at the moment, but we can tell you that it’s situated at 70 Temperance Street (literally the heart of the Financial District) and will boast 53 storeys. Read more
