Posted on | buzzhomeblog Posted in DEVELOPMENTS, ONTARIO | Leave a comment

Pinnacle International is earning quite a reputation in the burgeoning Mississauga condo market.

The developer’s Pinnacle Grand Park project is under construction and Crystal at Pinnacle Uptown, the first phase of a new master planned community, has got heads turning to Hurontario Street and Eglinton.

Why is this project so intriguing? The reasons are “crystal” clear (sorry, we’re suckers for puns, especially bad ones).

Pinnacle Uptown is a master planned community that will be spread out over 36.5 acres and will feature a variety of highrise, midrise, townhomes, retail and commercial developments.

The first phase, Crystal, will comprise two towers and will boast a grand entrance roundabout facing the interior streets of the project. Prices start from the $200s for homes at Crystal. Read more

How “Suite” It Is: Lago offers BIG incentive on wide selection of suite types

Posted on | buzzhomeblog Posted in DEVELOPMENTS, ONTARIO | Leave a comment

Spring is coming! That sounds a lot better than winter is coming, right?

Maybe it’s just the unseasonable warmth Toronto is currently experiencing (7 degrees!) but it feels like Spring is right around the corner.

We say bring it on. With Spring in the air we’re starting to think about that lake front lifestyle. The refreshing lake breeze, the pleasant call of the seagull, it’s all quite romantic when you think about it.

It looks like Lago, the Etobicoke waterfront development by Monarch, is capitalizing on this distinctly printemps vibe by offering a special suite incentive for their lake front lifestyle.

Lago has a wide range of suite types available and are offering special move-in bonuses for purchasers.

How does it work? Well, say you want to purchase a one bed + den suite. This suite type starts from $331,990, but with the move-in bonus, you’ll save $15,000. Read more
