We stopped by the Grand Opening of Breeze’s presentation centre, a new development by Adera Development in South Surrey, on Saturday and grabbed some pictures of what these awesome homes have to offer. Have a look!

Why is the buzz so overwhelming? Well, another Bjarke Ingels Group building has been proposed in Vancouver and now that the mainstream media is finally picking up on the latest project,Vancouverites have something to dream about.
Word on the street is that the award winning BIG is adding another unique structure to the Vancouver skyline — their first building in Vancouver is the gorgeous Shangri-la.
Like the genius that decided to add bacon to dessert, the folks over at Easton in Coquitlam, an Allaire Properties development, have made a good thing even better by making payments for their 1-bedroom homes far below market rent.
A few weeks ago we wrote about a deal they had for one bedroom suite for only $699/month. We didn’t think it got much better than this, until they lowered payments even further to $599.

In terms of population, Surrey is slated to overtake Vancouver in the next decade.
