park union 1Park Union, the luxury pre-war conversion by American Development Group in Park Slope, is over 50 percent sold.

The seven-story development at 910 Union Street has 15 condominiums ranging from a 735-square-foot one-bedroom to a 1,905-square-feet three-bedroom. Pricing at the Beaux-Arts-style building started at $799,000. All units have been sold at full asking price.

The homes feature high ceilings with 5-inch base moldings, floor-to-ceiling windows, walk-in stone showers and stately panel wood interior doors. Most of the apartments have outdoor space, with oversized terraces and instant-elegance custom iron railings; a furnished common roof deck overlooks Grand Army Plaza.

Park Union is located in the hotly coveted PS 321 zone, and parents of precocious tots don’t have to travel far; integrated arts preschool Mozarts and Einsteins will be opening in the ground floor of the building, with a curriculum that includes tap, jazz, ballet, reading, math, computers and Spanish for children ages two to four.

Missed the Mozarts and Einsteins age cutoff by, oh, several decades? No matter — the open kitchen with Wi-Fi refrigerator, mobile chef island and Frigidaire induction range gives ample opportunity for dinner parties, and the marble bath’s soaking tub begs for high-quality pampering time.
