Dutch delight Huys 404 Park Avenue South is officially on the market.
There are nine available apartments at the 17-story, Piet Boon-designed building, ranging from a $1.08 million studio measuring 602 square feet to a $9.5 million three-bedroom penthouse measuring 2,983 square feet.
Kroonenberg Group created 58 condos at the historic building, located on the corner of 28th Street and Park Avenue South. The apartments are decked out with 6-inch oak plank floors, ceilings with original beams, built-in dining banquettes, walk-in closets in the master bedroom suites, radiant heated floors and Juliet balconies with floor-to-ceiling glass to maximize natural light and views of Park Avenue South. There are also electronically controlled solar shades, so vampire connoisseurs of Dutch craftsmanship can still enjoy the signature millwork.
Amenities include bicycle storage, media lounge with billiard table and wet bar and a roof terrace complete with kitchen and “trellised dining area,” according to the Corcoran listing.
