In case you hadn’t heard, a recent Re/Max survey says 70 per cent of homebuyers in Canada over the next two years will be experienced purchasers while 30 per cent will be first-time buyers. The survey also says 35 per cent of Canadians will be looking for urban dwellings, 32 per cent will be moving to the suburbs and 16 per cent will go rural.
