Vinegar Hill’s IronWood condos start showings in February

ironwoodIronWood, a Vinegar Hill eco-boutique condo project, will start showings in February.

The developer for the 10-unit building at 102 Gold Street is The REDD Group, the same team behind the energy-efficient townhouse next door.

The Anthony Morena-designed property, originally a three-story townhouse, will feature “creative re-use of recovered materials from the building site, married to locally sourced and reclaimed building products,” according to the teaser website. The apartments will include one-bedrooms (some with home offices), a garden duplex, a triplex with parking and a floor-through three-bedroom.

Corcoran is marketing the condominiums, and we’ve heard that there’s so much interest in the project that they might sell out before they can even throw a launch party. #VinegarHillProblems? We’ll take it.
