A Chelsea condo development under construction at 35 West 15th Street unveiled a new name and pricing with the launch of its teaser site.
35 XV by Alchemy Properties was originally scheduled to hit the market in September as a 25-story, 58-unit condo.
According to the teaser site, the project will consist of one-bedrooms priced at $1.5 million to $2.1 million, two-bedrooms at $2.5 million to $4 million, three-bedrooms at $4.6 million to $8.95 million and four-bedrooms at $5.65 million to $9.95 million.
The lower six floors will be occupied by Xavier High School, and the entire completed building will be 299 feet tall, according to Department of Buildings permits. Alchemy secured a construction loan in November.
