The heritage setting in question is the historic Woodbridge Fairgrounds, while all the modern living will be happening at Fairground Lofts in Old Woodbridge Village, the new development by Wycliffe Homes.
Wycliffe is restoring two heritage homes and creating 65 loft-style stacked townhomes. The community will overlook the Woodbridge Fairgrounds and will be only moments away from a variety of restaurants and shops of Woodbridge Village.

The two single family heritage homes are well on their way to being restored.
With an abundance of exposed brick, the Fairground Lofts presentation centre is as aesthetically pleasing as they come.
The finishes wall was looking pretty immaculate.
We started our model suite tour with a look at the kitchen. Kitchens feature stainless steel appliances and granite countertops.
The living space. Suites range in size from 600 square feet to over 1,300 square feet.

Bathrooms feature imported Villeroy & Boch china basins and elongated one-piece toilets.
With the subway extension to Vaughan under construction now, it won’t be long before Fairground Lofts residents will have easy transit access to downtown Toronto.
