It’s hard to say exactly what it is, but folks have been going wild for Walker Tower in Chelsea. Wait, scratch that, it’s actually incredibly easy to say exactly what has people paying attention to this new condo project…
It’s all about the building’s history. For his amazing contributions to the New York skyline, Ralph Walker was dubbed the “architect of the century” by the New York Times. The Walker Tower was built in 1929 and now, 83 years later, it’s being re-imagined as a luxury condo development. JDS Development Group and Property Markets Group make up the developer team while CetraRuddy are handling the interior design.
