However, what we didn’t cover was their stunning interiors and since we all know it’s what’s inside that counts, we’re going to delve a little deeper.
We’ve got some sweet renderings of The Summit House, highlighting the awesome features and finishes.
First on the lists are the kitchens. Every kitchen (top photo) features 1 3/4 inch thick quartz countertops with squared edges, and glass or ceramic backsplashes.
These are accented by cabinets in Spiced Wenge, French Walnut, or Frosty White, all with soft closes so no fingers will get slammed. There’s also a 7-piece appliance package by GE and Broan.
The bathrooms feature solid 3/4 inch thick granite or quartz countertops with polished square edges, Roomy Hystar acrylic white tub with hand-set ceramic tile surround, and Kohler polished chrome accessories.
It’s not all about the indoors though. The Summit House’s homes have generously sized outdoor patios and balconies, and there’s a private rooftop plaza spanning over an acre (45,000 sq. ft.) that features a community garden, barbecue, sunning deck, and fire pit.
