Last Friday we roadtripped up to Richmond Hill to attend the Grand Palace VIP grand opening. The new development by the Guizzetti Corporation is turning heads thanks to its scope, location and excellent interiors.
The presentation centre was hopping when we arrived in the early afternoon. Clearly, there was some much-deserved buzz in the air for the project. Since we didn’t see you there, we’ll just assume you missed it. Luckily you can live vicariously through our photos of the scale model and interior vignettes below!
Myles Burke built the scale model for the project. We can always spot their work from a "myle" away…

The presentation centre has two sets off vignettes. A kitchen and a bathroom and an upgrade kitchen and bathroom. First up, the standard kitchen.
Bathroom feature deep soaker tubs with a full-height ceramic surround.
The kitchen upgrade. Loving the stainless steel appliances.
Kitchens feature imported stone countertops. Residents can choose from an array of granite countertops including for the breakfast bar and bathrooms.
