Holy moly! This Vancouver penthouse packs a mean price tag… $28.8 million!


Alright, so we all knew Vancouver was expensive and has killer properties, but every now and then news of one knocks our socks off.

That’s exactly what happened when we stumbled upon this $28.8 million penthouse, located at the luxurious Fairmont Estates Pacific Rim in downtown Vancouver. In a prime spot in Coal Harbour, the penthouse is 6,434 sq ft over two levels, complete with a private roof-top patio and gardens to enjoy views of Stanley Park, the harbour, and the North Shore mountains.

    too bad the refurnish-part did not succeed from my point of view, but the view is absolutely astonishing… Are there more pictures of this penthouse to give a better opinion?
