A sweaty model tied to a chair? A S.W.A.T. team! Some ladies doing “their thing”. A home invasion?! What is going on here?? Is it a movie or a real-estate ad??
Thanks to Condo Chris for bringing this Australian real-estate advert to my attention.
I have no clue if it is terrible, or phenominal. Fact of the matter is, I watched it 10 times and want to buy that house! They got my attention.

    i think that getting attention is easy part, the trick is to get the right kind of attention. this ad may be effective in brand awareness, but i don't see it selling any real estate. would you want to live in an unsafe environment? lady is tied up with SWAT in the area… looks like a terrible place to live…

    Good or bad, point is that it got viraled. If anyone on the viral list happened to be in the market for a home/condo, well he certainly was made aware of one option!
