Us BuzzBuzzHomie’s love a good rendering, and The Mercer’s [map] interior renderings are giving us something to get excited about.
But we’re already really into the Mercer’s whole thang anyway; developers Beaverhall Homes and Graywood Developments have come together to give condo purchasers a great mix–central location, renowned design and affordability.
The Mercer is located at King and John, within walking distance of the Financial district, the underground PATH system and night venues like the new TIFF Bell Lightbox Theatre.
And the design isn’t just average–exterior design team BBB Architects have won over 30 awards, including two Massey Medals, the Governor General’s Award for Architecture.
Toronto based firm The Design Agency has taken the reins on the luxurious indoor and outdoor amenities. The lobby (Hot-Shot #1, above) even features a ‘living wall’ that filters contaminants from the air.
As for price, studio suites that start from the mid $200,000 are an added holy! factor, especially given its central location.
Hey! Take a look at our past posts on the Mercer (please), and expect more posts with all the lastes updates in the coming weeks. If The Mercer tickles your fancy you can register on their website.
