One of Vancouver’s highest flying home sellers has been grounded by the B.C. Real Estate Council.

Andrew Marc Hasman has been suspended for 30 days, effective December 16.

This came after he entered into a consent order acknowledging that he committed professional misconduct by extending a multiple-listing contract from March 31, 2008 to April 16, 2008 without the knowledge or permission of the seller.
